Whatever your goal, hypno-coaching combines hypnotherapy with neuro-coaching to turbo-charge results.
For a minimum of 4 weeks, Hypno-coaching provides you with all the benefits of neuro-coaching, but also provides you with a transformational hypnotherapy sessions and bespoke hypnotherapy recordings, created just for you.
Hypno-coaching can be provided online or in person.
what is HYPNOTHERAPY?
Hypnotherapy is a fast, powerful, safe and effective method for changing limiting or unwanted habits, behaviours and beliefs, which often operate below our conscious awareness making it difficult to change them by will-power and discipline alone.
Hypnotherapy works by guiding the client into a deeply relaxed state of awareness, where the body is free from tension and feels safe, as it would be when asleep, yet the mind remains consciously awake.
This natural state of consciousness we all experience twice a day, as we transit between sleep and waking consciousness. In this state our brain is less analytic and more open to suggestion. Thus it is the perfect state to introduce powerful, beneficial suggestions to create lasting subconscious change, reprogramming habits, behaviours, beliefs.
